Boarding Types:

Standard Box Stall with Daily Pasture Turnout: Oakeside Farm has two barns containing 12 box stalls, all approximately 11’ by 11”. The “Upper Barn” contains 7 stalls and the “Lower Barn” contains 5 stalls. They all have rubber mats, use wood shavings for bedding and are cleaned daily. Pasture turnout varies from 6 to 12 hours a day depending on season and weather. $420 per month.

Pasture Board: Oakeside Farm has the ability to support four horses on its two separate pasture board areas. Each area has a two-horse shelter. The shelter stalls are approximately 10’ by 10’ and contain wood shavings for bedding that is replaced each month by the management. $270 per month. Pasture board is a basic type service and as such does not include tack storage. On site tack storage is available for an additional charge of $30 per month.

Tack Rooms: Available for all box stall boarders.

Outdoor Wash Stall

Worming: Management provides wormers at cost on the 1st of every other month. If not given by owner by the 15th of the month, then it will be given by management for a charge of $15, which includes the cost of the wormer.

Trailer Storage: Free storage in designated pasture area. Additional charge of $30 per month for storage in barn parking lot.

Restroom: Contains hot water shower.

Farriers & Veterinarians: At Boarder’s discretion.
